The fastest way to reach a human about Ceritain is email.

Ceritain is made by one person, so support is a direct email rather than a help desk. Write in Indonesian or English — both are fine.

What to include

  • your phone model and OS version (Android or iOS),
  • the app version, from Settings inside the app,
  • the email address on the account, if the problem is account-related,
  • what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

For a failed purchase, include the Google Play order ID from the receipt email.

Deleting your account

Email us from the address on the account with the subject “Hapus Akun”. We delete the account along with its stories, coins and related data, normally within 30 days.

Response time

We reply within two business days. Purchase problems and account deletion requests are handled first.

Asked most often

  • How do coins work?

    A story costs coins. You can buy a coin bundle through Google Play Billing, earn coins by watching rewarded ads, or earn them by answering story quizzes correctly. There is no subscription.

  • Is it safe for children?

    Ceritain follows the Google Play Families policy. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian, and all ads are treated as child-directed and non-personalised.

  • How do I delete my account and data?

    Email us from your registered address with the subject "Hapus Akun" (Delete Account). We process the deletion — stories, coins and related data — within 30 days.

  • The app won't load my stories after a while.

    Update to the latest version. Older builds required a re-login when the session expired; current builds refresh the session silently.

  • Is there an iPhone version?

    An iOS build exists and is in preparation for the App Store. The listing is not public yet.
