Jam Berapa? is made by one person, so support is a direct email rather than a help desk. Write in Indonesian or English — both are fine. A parent or guardian should send the email, since the app itself has no sign-in.
Resetting progress
Jam Berapa? has no account, so progress, coins and clock-face skins all live in the app’s local storage. To reset a child’s progress and start over, clear the app’s data from Android Settings:
Settings → Apps → Jam Berapa? → Storage & cache → Clear storage.
This removes all stars, coins and unlocked clock faces — there is no way to undo it.
Text-to-speech not reading questions aloud
Jam Berapa? uses the Android system’s text-to-speech engine to read the question and each answer out loud. If the speaker button is silent or greyed out, the device is usually missing the Indonesian voice:
- Open Settings → General management → Text-to-speech output (or Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-speech output on some phones).
- Tap the gear next to Google Text-to-speech Engine (Settings → Google → Text-to-speech output, Install voice data).
- Under Languages, download the Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) voice, then restart the app.
What to include when reporting a problem
So we can reproduce the problem in one go, please tell us:
- the phone model and Android version,
- the app version (shown in Settings → About, if present),
- the stage and level number, if the problem is on a specific question,
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Screenshots or a short screen recording help more than anything else.
